Shipping

 

As soon as your painting(s) is/are dry it/they will be shipped to you, but some printing painting(s) no need to do this, we will ship out in 1-2 days (if happening weekend will delay) if we get your painting(s). We ship via FedEx/DHL/UPS/DPD/EMS/EUB/Aramex. The shipping way by you select, different shipping ways will make delivery time a little different, if you want shipping more reliable and fast, suggest you select our recommended ways such like FedEx/DHL/UPS/Aramex etc. All shipping ways have online tracking and as soon as your tracking numbers is/are available, when you get it, you can use our 'Track Package' service or official online websites for tracking your parcels. If you wanna use 'Track Package' Service just enter the email you placed the order and your order ID u can do that. And the email you get also show how to track, but if you still don't know how to use or track, you can feel free to contact us.

 

For different delivery time, list them as a reference for you, this time means after we shipped until you get

Aramex/FedEx/UPS/DHL/DPD 5-20 days

EUB 8-30 days, this way actually we not recommend, because sometimes will delay much time

EMS 4-25 days

ETK 6-20 days

Private Airline 8-20 days (this way will deliver by your local shipping company, different countries will by different companies)

 

If you wanna add frame for your artwork(s), please contact us before you place an order, we will tell you how much of extra fee for it. 

 

Returns

 

We work very hard to ensure that your painting(s) reaches you in perfect condition.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your standard catalogue painting, please email within 7 days of receipt. Please let us know the reason you wish to return the painting and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

As soon as we have received your email we will contact you to provide you with all the information you require to return the painting to us.
