What is the difference between your oil paintings and the prints I see everywhere else?
The prints that you can find on many sites on the Internet and in many stores are just printed images of original paintings. The oil paintings on processOrder.net are actual hand-made reproductions. These paintings are made by talented artists who replicate works of art made by some of the world’s greatest masters. This is your opportunity to own a hand-made masterpiece.
Are the oil paintings made by a computer or are they hand made?
The oil paintings on this website are entirely hand made. They are not machine generated. Individual artists make these paintings. Brush stroke by brush stroke these artists duplicate masterpieces that belong in some of the worlds greatest museums.
Does the reproduction look exactly like the original?
At processOrder.net the reproductions are made by hand. We examine the works that we acquire very carefully. We make sure that our reproductions contain the same brushstrokes and techniques used by the original artist. However, since the paintings are made by hand and are not computer generated there is always a slight variation between the reproduction and the original.
Does the reproduction look exactly like the picture on this web page?
The pictures on this website are of the paintings that we own. However, you must take into account that the view of your computer screen can cause a slight distortion of the colors. Also when we receive more than one unit of the same painting there is always a small difference between each of them. The oil paintings on processOrder.net are hand made and therefore some variation is always a possibility.

If I order a painting with a frame would I get the painting framed and ready to hang on my wall?
YES. When you order both a frame and a painting we stretch your painting on stretcher bars. Then we frame the painting and put all the necessary hardware for you to hang your painting on your wall.
Can I order my painting unframed?
Yes you can. It is your choice if you would like processOrder.net to frame your painting or if you would like to order an unframed painting. If you just order a painting without the frame we would roll the canvas and ship it to you in a tube. You would save about $40 to $80 buying your painting framed with us when compared to having your local frame shop frame it.
How long will I have to wait for my painting?
Your painting usually gets shipped to you within 1-5 days (not including weekdays). If you choose FedEx/DHL/UPS as your shipping method, it will arrive within 5 to 20 business days. For custom art and custom size orders time of creation varies, but should be ready by 1-4 weeks time.
What precautions are taken to ship the painting safely to the customer?
Due to the caliber of the product, we take extra care to ship it to you safely. If you choose to frame your painting, it is packaged in bubble wrap and shipped in a double wall box. If you choose not to frame your painting, it is shipped rolled inside a FedEx tube.
How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping is FREE in the contiguous U.S. if you choose FedEx Ground as your shipping option. Other shipping options are FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight and those charges are displayed when you check out. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship worldwide.
Shippping to Canada is Fast
If you are shipping to Canada, just choose the Canada Shipping method from the Shipping options menu during checkout. All Canada Shipments are $40 and will be shipped 'FedEx Express Shipping' so they will arrive in 3-6 days!
If you are shipping internationally, just choose your country's shipping option and you will be contacted and quoted for our cost of shipment. You will also be responsible for any duties.
You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers.
Shipping costs may vary considerably based on four factors:
1. Order size & weight
2. Destination country
3. Shipping preference
4. Duties and taxes collected by your government
Note: Framed items cost much more to ship as shipping cost is based on dimensional weight. Consider buying unframed and frame locally for international orders.
How can I pay to custom size/product?
If for these items, usually before you pay for it, contact us first, then we will send you a special payment link, when you get it, open the link you got and complete the payment, after you paid DM us (for credit card), if for other payments also please contact us before place an order.
What is your Return Policy?
processOrder.net has a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Especially for the holiday season we are extending our 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and No-Hassle Return Policy to January 31, 2017 so that your gift recipients will have plenty of time to make exchanges or receive refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your art you are welcome to return it and have several options to choose from as of August 20th, 2016:
An exchange for another product, or combination of products, of equivalent value.
The full value of your order made available as store credit, valid for one year.
We even pay for the shipping back to us for such returns made in the contiguous United States with original packaging retained.
You may also request to receive a refund for the purchase price of your order under any circumstances. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and do not include cost of shipping if originally applicable. A fee for return shipping may also apply, ranging from $10-$100 according to the size of your order.
The above return policy does not apply to customized orders. There are no returns for special and custom sized orders. This includes down payments and any other fees made at the beginning of the special order process.
Please note: Any changes to an item by the customer such as self stretching, self gallery wrapping or self fixing voids the return policy.
*If a painting is returned damaged and not in its original packaging (with protective corners and box) a fee will be issued against the credit due for the returned item. Not to exceed the full purchase price and no less than 1/2 the value of the item if item arrives in unsellable condition.
